• Deal Room

Dear Participants:

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of China’s asset securitization market, the China Securitization Forum (CSF) will be hosting its 2016 Annual Conference from April 7th to 9th, 2016 in Beijing, China. The Annual Conference provides a unique opportunity for experience-sharing and business development among a large gathering of participants in the securitization and structured finance industries.

In order to focus on our concept of being project-oriented, learning form the mature project-oriented conference mode of ABS Vegas (the biggest securitization conference in the world, has over 6000 participants in its conference in February 2015) and ABS East (a securitization industry summit over 20 years old, hosting more than 3500 participants) held by the Structured Finance Industry Group (“SFIG”) and IMN, and in accordance with the situation in China, the organizer will provide 30 individual meeting rooms available for reservation within the conference venue, in order to meet the different requirements of different enterprises.

The enterprises may apply for the deal rooms and host independent activities. For example, these deal rooms allow enterprises to communicate with each other about the ongoing projects, to host kick-off meetings, to independently promote their products, to meet with existing and potential clients, and to develop and prepare for their own securitization projects.

At appropriate time before the conference, the organizer will disclose the delegates’ list to all the delegates, and will open the match making system to facilitate delegates to arrange private meetings. Using the CSF's Annual Conference micro-website developed upon WeChat channel, we will tailor conference invitations for participants, keynote speakers, sponsors, etc.

The 2016 Annual Conference is expected to have approximately 3000 participants, covering not only most of the predominant practitioners in the securitization and structured finance industry in China, but also including a large number of global industry leaders invited by the Structured Finance Industry Group (“SFIG”, http://www.sfindustry.org) , Association for Financial Markets in Europe (“AFME”, http://www.afme.eu) , Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association,(“ASIFMA”,http://www.asifma.org)and Australian Securitisation Forum (“ASF”, http://www.securitisation.com.au) . For those enterprises that organize deal rooms, this Annual Conference will provide an efficient “one-stop” platform for business development, and a great chance for enlarging popularity.

Why you should reserve a Deal Room:

  1. To establish closer relationships between enterprises and clients
  2. To facilitate discussions or negotiations concerning specific projects
  3. To engage in independent business development

Ways to use a Deal Room:

  1. Strengthen relationships with clients: the host of a deal room may invite clients and guests to attend a reception, training discussion, or case-study presentation in order to strengthen its relationships and consensus with existing or potential clients.
  2. Facilitate discussions concerning specific projects: Deal rooms may be used as sales exhibition platforms for discussing cooperation with potential partners, promoting collaboration on specific securitization projects, and creating actual value for enterprises.
  3. Engage in business development: Enterprises may host deal rooms independently in various ways to tailor business development, to make full use of the platform of the Annual Conference to promote communication and cooperation.
